Number: MER0003XMN We are experts on Leadership Development and Coaching. The further development of leadership skills is the focus of our work. These include the organisation of management programs as well as other topics of personnel development and talent management. In addition to the team's staff development, there is the possibility to get an insight into our neighboring teams, such as personnel management, personnel planning, qualification, remuneration and labour law. An honest and harmonious coexistence at eye level is important. We work on the mobile and in presence. Regular exchange dates in presence are important to us. These challenges come to you: Support in the planning, preparation and operational implementation of personnel development programmes for managers of different hierarchical levels. Active participation in the design, content design, internal communication and implementation of a female leadership program. Research, content preparation and preparation of impulse presentations on personnel development topics Preparation of evaluations, reports and presentations as well as analysis of relevant KPIs for the success measurement of personnel development measures The activity can begin from March 2026.
