Ensuring a smooth setup and production process Conducting complex set-up and set-up operations on injection moulding machines and systems Start, optimize and transfer new tools and products into the serial process Process optimization in close coordination with process technology and careful documentation of the changed process parameters Acquisition of production release in quality assurance Continuous monitoring and ensuring product quality Compliance and active implementation of safety, regulatory and cleanliness standards at work

Complete training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the injection moulding area as well as in the filling and installation of injection moulding machines and equipment High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and independent working Representative social competence and team capacity Target-oriented, structured and quality-conscious working style Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Willingness to work in shiftwork
