Optimization and administration of Salesforce as a central sales platform, including own programming and system integrations Development of automation in sales and marketing to increase efficiency and relieve sales team Creation of dashboards and reports that provide data-based decision bases Continuous improvement of sales and customer processes along the entire customer journey Identification of sales potentials and further development of pipeline and forecast management Implementation and further development of sales methodology in close coordination with the sales management Training and coaching of the sales team, creation of sales playbooks and support in onboarding new employees

Graduate in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification Salesforce knowledge, ideally with certifications (e.g. admin, sales cloud) and relevant programming skills Experience in handling CRM data, analytical tools and process optimization and automation Communication and training competence in German and English, combined with at least 1–2 years of experience in sales or sales operations Process-oriented thinking with high technical understanding and willingness to work on complex issues Strong social skills and team spirit, ability to communicate at all hierarchical levels Additional skills required: project management experience, knowledge in marketing automation, sales methodology (e.g. SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) and further salesforce certifications
