Operational and disciplinary leadership of the team of health managers in Germany, including personnel deployment planning, further development and mentoring Control of team work according to management goals including quality, time and HSE standards Ensuring ENERCON culture and compliance with processes, guidelines and standards Support for department management (reporting, meeting planning and SAP representation) Implementation and coordina­tion of BGM core processes (GBU Psyche, BEM and Preven­tion / BGF) Close cooperation with executives, works councils and local management Organisation and moderation of workshops, training and department meetings

Completed studies or completed training in the field of health management or social sciences / Sports Multiannual experience in occupational health management (e.g. GBU Psyche, BEM, Prevention) with guidance, including mentoring English knowledge of C1 level Experience in training and moderation of workshops / meetings Enthusiasm for team development, modern leadership and organisational skills Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and secure operation at interfaces
