Payroll Coordinator - Payroll / Social Security / Payroll Tax (m/w/d)

You set up monthly pay bills for national and international establishments You receive and report contributions to social security and wage tax You correspond with sickness funds, offices and social security institutions You support voting for wage and salary-relevant accounting accounts You are the contact person for billing-relevant questions and take over other administrative tasks

You have a training to/from the tax specialist, a personal economic study with further training to/from the tax specialist:in and/or to/from the personnel specialist:in with a focus on billing or a comparable qualification You have knowledge of social security and pay tax law You have professional experience in payroll accounting and knowledge in accounting software LODAS from DATEV You have experience in working with databases and good MS Office knowledge You have a high level of discretion, integrity and reliability as well as team skills and flexibility You work quality-conscious, service-oriented, self-employed and show commitment You bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing
