For our team IT Client Services we are looking for effective reinforcement at the Cologne site! New technologies inspire you and you are open to modern approaches in IT? With your know-how, you can handle the smooth operation of our IT client systems and perform tasks in 2nd level support. It is fun to face new challenges and find solutions every day. You are responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and support of IT client systems in the company network. You also manage our printers, mobile devices and peripherals. You carry out rollouts, updates and migrations in the client environment. As part of the 2nd level support, you analyze errors, fix problems and document them. You support the on- and off-boarding process and participate in central IT projects.

What are we looking forward to? You have successfully completed your studies with IT reference, your training (e.g. as a specialist in system integration) or comparable training You bring at least. two years of professional experience in a comparable position. You know the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components. Finding knowledge in the areas of network technologies, Windows operating systems and server administration complete your profile. You have experience in software packaging, distribution and delivery as well as client/endpoint management (focus Microsoft Azure, Intune, Entra ID). Finally, you will certainly communicate in German and English (at least C1 German and B2 English).
