Our qualified employees ensure uniform high service standards in critical support processes throughout the company. To build our HR team at the RSGS in Leipzig, we are looking for dedicated backup in the form of a pay calculator (m/w/d). The site will allow you to work on site, in part at the Home Office and with incorporation in Munich headquarters.

• You will ensure the full implementation of the monthly billing of pay, taking into account statutory, collective and operational provisions in SAP HR, for a defined range of services.

• You take administrative activities in connection with the monthly pay bill.

• You advise on all billing issues, in particular on special tax and social insurance issues to employees and executives.

• You work competently and closely with all internal interfaces and work professionally with the billing control in Munich.

• You are a contact person for health insurance companies and auditors.

• You actively participate in the reintegration of the pay bills of various Rohde & Schwarz subsidiaries.

• You take special assignments.

• You have a completed vocational training in the commercial sector, a comparable study or experience in the staff support sector with points of contact for pay billing.

• Ideally, you have professional experience in pay billing or personal care as a permanent job or work study.

• You have well-founded knowledge of pay tax and social security law as well as in the Business Constitution Act and Tariff Law (ideally metal industry) as well as knowledge of labour law.

• Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP-HR (SAP HCM Payroll, S/4 Hana Payroll) and are practiced in MS Excel.

• You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

• You are an absolute team player with high communication skills and you are working independently.

• You have high quality standards, timeliness and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
