The Chair of Digital Transformation at the Faculty of Economics of the TU Dortmund under the direction of Prof. Dr. Manuel Wiesche teaches and researches at the interface between digitalization and business informatics, in particular on new, platform-based business models, agile project management, digital service innovations with AI and other innovative technologies and the digitization of work. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a scientific assistantin/Post-Doktorandin. It is a temporary full-time job for three years. The activities are remunerated by 13 TV-L (100%). PhD (as a doctoral student), further qualification/habilitation and independent profile formation (as a post-doctoral student*in) Scientific work on topics of the chair at the interface of digitalization and business informatics, for example AI value, Embodied AI/Human robot collaboration, Trust and Fairness in new technologies, platforms, Gig Work, agile project management, New Work (especially team work), immersive communities Designing research (acquises and cooperation in third-party projects, presentations on technical meetings, publication projects) and teaching (4 SWS) of the chair Post-doctoral researchers: further development of the research areas AI/platforms/New Work, support for third-party acquisitions and project support

Above-average academic studies in Business Informatics, (Applied) Computer Science, Wing, BWL or with reference to digital technologies and organisations (as a doctoral student) or completed relevant doctoral degree (as a post-doctoral student) Enthusiasm for topics of digital transformation and business informatics Interest in research and innovation methods, in particular in empirical and/or design-oriented methods Teamability, willingness to deploy, creativity, independentness and fun to develop your own ideas Openness for work in international, interdisciplinary projects Joy in taking responsibility and a strong organizational talent
