Remote and local customer support; Analysis of measurement data and development of measurement solutions Creation of test reports and presentation for the customer Configuration of measuring instruments with regard to customer-specific applications and performance of acceptance tests in the plant Conducting final acceptance tests at the customer on site Training of customers and employees performing measurements to characterise the performance of the measuring instruments and sensors with regard to customer requirements; Documentation of test measurements and feasibility studies Support for sales in device demonstrations and technical advice from customers

Complete technical studies or training in a technical field First experience in a similar field of activity, such as technical customer support Advantageous knowledge of semiconductor technology, spectroscopy, solid state physics or optics Travel readiness approx. 25% Embossed problem solving capabilities, customer orientation and good team skills Presentation and project management skills Good knowledge of German and English Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications
