The procurement and contract management department is part of the Purchasing and Contract Management division. With our competence and our commitment, we advise on the legal issues of purchasing in the construction and real estate business NRW. In regular team meetings, we exchange views on how we support our colleagues in the headquarters and offices with our expertise, optimize processes and respond best to changes in the legal framework.

You take over the strategic analysis of yields and claim monitoring and derive targeted measures for optimisation You develop effective strategies for dealing with emerging supplements You formulate sound risk analyses and develop relevant key figures for control You analyse the causes of yields and actively contribute to the development of countermeasures in order to secure future construction projects as best as possible You strengthen the expertise of our central area as well as our offices through targeted consulting, training and support You analyze performance directories, award criteria and follow-up offers and identify optimization potentials You design a cross-departmental strategy for claim prevention and moderate cross-departmental exchange for claim management within the BLB NRW You develop training and service concepts for our needs and actively promote knowledge transfer and the development of our knowledge storage.

You have a successfully completed (specialized) university course (graduate/graduate/master) of the department of Economics, Engineering, Legal Affairs and a comparable specialist. Further requirements: You bring at least two years of professional experience in the legal field and/or in claim management as well as in contract design with First experiences or knowledge in the construction industry are advantageous You have a high level of motivation and are interested in legal, contractual and structural questions. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately €51,460.00 – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
