Operational Document Manager (m/f/d)

Takeover of the operational document management (SDM) at Kiel location, including receipt, archiving and project-specific provision of incoming documents on request. research of data and documents in the company's internal databases and in the archive system nscale for cooperation with internal and external recipients. Creation of digital data carriers in different formats by means of a fire robot station as well as printing documents in the internal printing company in small and large format. Introduction to the handling of repro machines in cooperation with experienced colleagues and independent application of acquired knowledge. Particular attention to the classification of information in the context of military products with immediate notification of deviations in metadata to the relevant fields. Creation of comprehensive deliveries of data and documents for different projects and handover with comprehensible evidence. Responsibility for the ongoing testing and supervision of the TKMS archive, monitoring the compliance of retention periods and ensuring a constantly current archive.

Complete vocational training in the commercial sector. Careful creation of larger amounts of data using database systems and MS Office tools. Safe handling of MS Office applications and knowledge of the common structures of building documents. Successfully completed online training in antitrust law, anti-corruption and the respective compliance rules. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Secure and clear communication in word and writing across all organizational levels. Loadability in critical situations associated with team-oriented working.
