Solution Architect (m/f/d)

As Solution Architect, you are responsible for building and further developing our IT architecture You play a leading role in transformation projects You build and maintain the company's target architecture as well as central reference architectures. You moderate the architectural board and prepare architectural decisions to be addressed. Technical requirements are translated by you into scalable, integrable solution architectures. You design the interaction of legacy systems, new modules and resystems. You develop modernization strategies and evaluate and integrate standard software, platforms and cloud/saaS solutions. Close cooperation with project management, product owners, test & release management and specialist experts.

You have a completed university degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience as an enterprise, solution or leading architect in complex IT landscapes. Funded knowledge in legacy moderation, hybrid environments (on-prem / cloud) and integration architectures (API, messaging, eventing). Understanding application, integration and data architectures (e.g. DDD, REST and data flows) Experiences with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and agile scaling approaches (e.g. SAFe) are advantageous. Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the insurance environment, preferably in health insurance. You show high self-initiative, analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to mediate between IT, departments and external partners.
