The monthly payroll is your responsibility – including special payments, allowances and absences that you are working on precisely and reliably Holiday money, Christmas money and other components of the pay you calculate in accordance with the regulations and with high quality standards Pains, asset-effective performances and similar processes you process responsibly and always in time The audit of the annual fee limit and the correct keying of mini and midijobbers are also part of your task With the ELStAM process, you work safely and care for correct data processing The reporting and certification is in good hands with you – reliable, conscientious and always up-to-date In communication with external bodies, you are clearly, solution-oriented and value-aware Employees support you with billing questions and provide transparent information on a positive service experience In addition, you actively contribute to the optimization of our accounting processes and develop ideas for more efficient processes Working time accounts, holiday and disease data as well as shift models and readiness to call and control you with high accuracy and professional care

A completed commercial training forms the basis of your professional action – ideally complemented by a further training in the personnel or pay area Finded knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law are part of everyday life for you and are sure to apply Care, accuracy and responsible handling of sensitive data are a special feature for you With billing systems such as SAP HCM or PAISY you are familiar and move safely into HR processes and interfaces Good Excel skills and a sovereign handling of MS Office support you in your structured work Experience in dealing with collective agreements – ideally in the energy industry – brings You already with or are ready to work in quickly Organizational ability and self-motivation help you to keep track of complex topics and to prioritize tasks in a targeted manner Knowledge of the time economy, including maintaining accounts and working with different models, are part of your profile The support of several companies or clients is also familiar to you and shows your ability to work efficiently and service-oriented You communicate clearly, value-estimating and target-group-oriented – and actively and constructively contribute to the team’s cooperation Openness for changes and readiness to learn shape your agile working style and help you continuously shape processes Also in challenging situations you stay calm, solution-oriented and decision-making
