Number: MER0004A4W We in the HR Top Management Sales & Customer department are responsible for the support and further development of strategic HR topics in the international Sales & Customer environment. This includes support for talent and leadership processes, support for personnel development measures, participation in strategic HR initiatives and cooperation with national and international interfaces. For this challenging and exciting task, we are looking for an intern*in HR Top Management Sales & Customer (Pflichtpraktikum). These challenges include: Working on strategic HR topics in the international sales & customer environment Support for compensation and development conferences and other talent and leadership formats Participation in the design, implementation and development of performance management processes for executives Support for talent and succession concepts for executives in the Sales & Customer Area Working with international personnel development and leadership programmes Support in the further development of modern HR processes in the top management environment Preparation of presentations, analyses and decision templates for management bodies Structured preparation of complex HR topics and management information Support for administrative and organisational tasks and personnel measures Pre- and post-processing of personnel and development talks Working in tendering, selection and occupation processes Support in preparing decision-making Cooperation with HR Business partners, executives, executive assistants and international departments Co-operation on multi-disciplinary projects, workshops, conferences and events Application of Microsoft 365 solutions for creating, structuring and editing content as well as support in the digitization and standardization of HR processes We offer: Insights into strategic HR topics at international level Working with personnel, talent and leadership processes in the top management environment Cooperation with different disciplines and international interfaces Possibility to take over independent tasks and projects Working in a varied and international working environment Multifaceted learning and development opportunities in Human Resources The activity can begin from March 2027.

Course in Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences, Psychology, Communication Management, Human Resources Management or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office and Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint interest in digital methods and modern technologies; Copilot knowledge is advantageous Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and structured and conceptual working Communication skills and independent work
