Commercial Employees in Market Surveillance / Market Surveillance & Enforcement Specialist

on 20-hour basis.

In the position to be occupied, you complement our 7-member e-commerce team in the field of market surveillance and regulatory compliance and play a key role in monitoring regulatory requirements in the national and international sales environment.

The focus of the position is on the identification, testing and processing of possible regulatory vulnerabilities in connection with the distribution of our products in the German market. The aim is to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to support fair competition conditions.

You analyze distribution and trader structures, evaluate regulatory risks, documenting vulnerabilities structured and guide relevant clarification and tracking processes. You work closely with internal interfaces and actively contribute to the regulatory protection of our brand and sales structures.

Identification and analysis of potential regulatory vulnerabilities related to the distribution of our products in the German market Structured collection, documentation and follow-up of relevant facts, trader and sales information and possible violations of regulatory requirements Examination of trader and sales information regarding legal requirements and registration obligations (e.g. markings, registrations, placing on the market) Active contact with traders, business partners and other market participants to clarify regulatory issues Tracking open cases including Timeline management, reaction tracking and control of measures Support in coordinating and escalating regulatory issues with platform operators, authorities and other external bodies Support in the development and optimization of standardized processes, templates and communication modules Establishment and maintenance of a structured documentation and case management structure for the systematic processing of regulatory issues Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as Sales and Legal to evaluate and process regulatory issues

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the field of compliance, e-commerce, market surveillance, material processing or an analytical-operative activity with external contact. You ideally have a good understanding of sales structures, regulatory requirements and administrative processes in the trade environment. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as good ways of dealing. You work very structured, carefully and documented and keep track of many parallel processes. You have the pleasure of analytical research as well as the structured evaluation and preparation of information and facts. You will be safe, professional and binding in communication with external market participants. You are a team player with high self-responsibility and are happy to work on interfaces between operational implementation and regulatory requirements.
