With us you take responsibility for demanding transport systems projects, with a focus on transport and road. You control planning, team and interfaces and ensure that reliable solutions are made from good concepts. As Project Manager (m/w/d), you are the central professional and organizational contact person for your projects. You connect sound traffic planning with economic thinking, clear communication and a safe view for quality, dates and costs. Depending on the project, you take over the overall or partial project management and work on key planning topics at the same time.

Projects run and edit: You are responsible for planning the object of transport systems through the relevant phases of performance, from early investigations and variants to planning and participating in the award. Plan transport and road: You are working on projects for internal and extra-local roads, junctions, cycling facilities, public transport infrastructure, stops and mobility areas, including drainage planning. Ensure project objectives: You structure processes, control dates and costs and ensure quality, reliable and economical project execution. Coordinate interfaces: You are organising cooperation with contracting entities, authorities, external planning offices and other project participants, and you are guided by targeted meetings. Results represented: You present planning levels and solutions in a comprehensible way, establish decisions in a professional and secure way to achieve sustainable results. Lead and develop teams: You coordinate internal project teams, distribute tasks, support colleagues in their development and promote binding cooperation. Supporting projects in business: You will participate in project controlling and invoicing, prepare follow-ups independently and negotiate them in coordination with the team management. Winning New Projects: You’re puggling customer contacts, supporting acquisition activities; first and negotiates offers together with the team management. Plan further thinking: You develop methods and internal tools, for example for BIM, appointment management, reporting and project controlling, thus strengthening the local and street business unit.

A completed study of civil engineering, transport engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on transport systems, civil engineering or road construction. Multiannual professional experience in the planning of transport systems and initial or well-founded experience in the project or project Project management. Good knowledge of relevant technical regulations and planning processes; Knowledge of BOStrab is advantageous. A safe handling of clients, authorities and project partners, as well as the pleasure of leading meetings and convincingly representing results. A good understanding of project economy, time and cost management; Experience with bids, yields and invoices is welcome. Experience with CAD and specialist planning software, ideal card_1, as well as interest in BIM and object-oriented 3D planning.
