As the first contact person, you receive customers directly and process inquiries about current accounts, credit cards and locker services.

You advise on topics such as card functionality, account balances or special conditions.

You are forwarding customer requests personally, by telephone and digitally to the appropriate contact persons.

The maintenance and updating of customer data and conditions in internal systems is also one of your tasks.

You support special administrative tasks and contribute to exciting projects.

A completed training in the commercial sector, preferably as a banking businessman.

First experience in customer support is advantageous.

You are enjoying dealing with demanding customers and are service-oriented.

Excellent German knowledge and good English skills are essential.

A professional and friendly appearance as well as a well-kept appearance are of course for you.

You will receive a fair remuneration according to the contract of temporary work (BAP/DGB).
