Digital production instructions: You develop and lease XStep libraries as well as reusable modules for process steps, operator inputs, checks, weighings, calculations and electronic signatures. Based on planning and master recipes, you will create digital production instructions that are automatically provided in production orders. SAP integration & process support: You integrate digital production instructions into the SAP processes of production, quality management and batch management. To do this, you can configure and optimize XSteps, PI Sheets, Control Recipes as well as required interfaces and ensure efficient and consistent process support. Stakeholder Management & Cooperation: You work closely with production, quality assurance, master data management and external consulting partners and ensure a targeted coordination and the successful implementation of professional requirements. Validation & Compliance: You support validation activities in the regulated GMP environment, create technical documentation and participate in risk analysis as well as IQ, OQ and PQ tests. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as EU-GMP Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11. System development: You continuously develop existing solutions, optimize digital manufacturing processes and support the introduction of new functions and standards for the sustainable improvement of production processes.

Qualification & SAP know-how: You have a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification and brings several years of experience in the SAP environment. Finding knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, especially in the fields of PP-PI, process orders, master recipes, batch management and quality management, are a feature. You speak German at least with a language level of C1. Technical understanding & digitalization: You have experience in ABAP development and a good understanding of production and manufacturing processes. Ideally, you will also bring knowledge of XSteps, PI Sheets and electronic production instructions. Regulated systems & compliance: Ideally, you have experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, chemistry or food production and know the requirements for GMP-compliant systems, electronic signatures, audit trails and computer-assisted system validation. Analysis & Process Understanding: You think analytically, work structuredly and have a pronounced understanding of the process. You can understand complex production processes and translate them into efficient digital SAP solutions. Communication & ownership: You convince by the strength of communication, your own initiative and a high degree of sense of responsibility. Cooperation with stakeholders from IT, production, quality assurance and external partners will help you shape your business and solutions.
