Your qualifications at a glance

• A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification is advantageous – cross-comers are also welcome
• First experience in customer service or in a call/customer center are desirable, but no need
• You work structured, service-oriented and enjoy direct contact with customers
• Communication strength, reliability and a friendly appearance
• Secure knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile

How does your day look like

• You are the first contact point on the phone and welcome our customers with a friendly smile in the voice
• Incoming calls take you reliably and capture orders securely in our systems
• With patience and empathy, you answer questions, give information and forward concerns to the appropriate colleagues
• Edit written customer requests service-oriented and ensure that every customer receives a quick feedback
• Also with multiple calls at the same time keep quiet and friendliness
• With your commitment, make sure that our customers feel good at any time
