DEINE Mission: Design & further development: In the field of practical management, you actively shape our internal processes, develop ideas for optimization and implement them structuredly. Not only does our practice grow, but also you professionally and personally. You are the head of the team: You run the practice team and promote a positive operating climate. Keep the round-click:You are responsible for the creation of the service and holiday planning, conduct employee talks, coordinate team meetings and contact*in internal questions. Administration & Ordering: You take care of administrative tasks, coordinate ordering and make sure that everything goes round in the background – so that the team can shine in the foreground. Team spirit & support: You are part of a strong network within practice and will be accompanied from day 1 – with support from the team and competent support from our colleagues from the Competence Center.

DEIN Profile – Organizational talent with heart and overview Qualification & Experience: You have a completed training as ZFA (m/w/d) OR a further education for the ZMV or practical managerin – and already brings practical experience in both reception and practical management. Organizational institution: You monitor the cash register and keep all cash deposits and expenses in sight. Economic thinking: You are responsible for carrying out the credit check and thus secure the payment receipts. Service-oriented & structured: You combine a friendly, professional appearance with a pronounced sense of organization and structure. It is easy for you to coordinate dates, optimize processes and keep an overview. Engaged & flexible: You work with enthusiasm in new areas of work, are reliable, commemorative and have a real hands-on mentality.
