You support the development and implementation of vision, strategy and roadmap of the Retarder product line. Customer requirements translate into value-oriented requirements to our products. You regularly check target costs per product and ensure adjustment with a focus on meeting market requirements in combination with margin quality. To achieve the defined target levels, you initiate product cost measures and drive their implementation in the specialist departments. You recognise potential bottlenecks and conflicts early and initiate preparatory/avoiding measures. As an interface function, you ensure an interdisciplinary information flow and coordinate risk management within the product line. With the international sales organization, you agree pricing strategies and ensure their implementation

You have successfully completed their studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or corresponding training. Experience in project management and a strong technical understanding will help you. Experience in the automotive sector and with drivetrains is advantageous. Knowledge in MS Office and experience with SAP are desirable. We require knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by your ability to enforce, including the ability to balance positions and resolve conflicts. You have the ability to communicate complex facts in a structured and comprehensible manner. You point through their pronounced team capacity and self-responsible work with Hands-on Mentality.
