Consulting projects: You support exciting projects around facility management, building operations and real estate consulting Concepts & Analyses: You can work with operating, operating and usage concepts as well as building, location and cost-effectiveness analyses Data & ESG: You prepare object, operating and ESG data and support digitization and data management projects Project work: Start presentations, decision templates and reports and support workshops, meetings and project dates Team Support: You support the project team in day-to-day business as well as in the further development of methods, standards and consulting tools

Study: You study real estate management, facility management, civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, real estate management, utility technology or a comparable discipline Interest: You are passionate about property-related consulting, building operations, sustainability and digitalization Working: You work analytical, structured, independent and enjoy working together in the team Tools: You are safe to use MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Know-how: First knowledge in project management, facility management or ESG environment are beneficial Language skills: You have very good German and good English skills
