Analysis of existing operating processes for identifying and evaluating optimization potentials derivation and development of process optimizations Development of concepts to resolve process weaknesses and gaps Development and implementation of concepts and projects for the digitization of processes (Creation and implementation of training concepts and training as well as communication measures in process renewals Continuous optimization of the characteristic number system for continuous process monitoring and control in the sense of operational control Monitoring and verification of process reliability of the responsible processes

A successfully completed university degree, e.g. in the field of economics or comparable training First professional experience in product or process management is advantageous A high affinity for digitization issues Project management experience, ideally also in the application of agile methods Structured operation in analyzing and optimizing processes Consistent customer-oriented thinking High readiness for self-organized work Embossed team and communication skills
