Ensure timely and systematic processing of customer complaints Analysis, evaluation and documentation of external and internal quality deviations (e.g. 8D Report, Ishikawa, 5‐Why) Planning, moderation and tracking of measures to avoid errors and eliminate them Close cooperation with production, laboratory, development and logistics for sustainable quality improvement Responsibility for supplier complaint management incl. Review of 8D reports Implementation of internal and external audits according to ISO 9001 Participation in supplier evaluation, development and implementation of supplier audits

Technical studies or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in industrial quality assurance Safe handling of common QM methods and standards (ISO 9001) Analytical, Structured Operation and Communication Strength Enforcement, team capacity and responsibility Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge in word and writing
