Strategic development of new measurement variables, measurement principles and sensor solutions (HF, ultrasound, radar) incl. Simulation, design and material and process selection Conducting analyses, competitive comparisons as well as tests on sensors, components and parts incl. derivation of optimizations Development and optimization of manufacturing processes as well as participation in production plants, tools and supplier selection Creation and coordination of technical concepts, variants, modules, test plans, test specifications as well as load/plies and documentation Implementation of quality and risk analyses (FMEA, FMEDA), functional tests, test protocols and ensuring normative requirements and approvals Evaluation of solutions incl. Cost calculation, feasibility analyses and implementation taking into account quality and cost-effectiveness Project work and project management as well as cooperation with departments, customers, international partners, universities and bodies incl. Knowledge building, training and support

Complete technical studies with the field of electrical engineering, control and automation technology, computer science and the like As an alternative to completed technical training or completed vocational training as a physics laboratory (m/w/d) with additional experience and expertise Multiannual professional experience (ideally >5 years) Knowledge of the development of sensor technology, measurement systems or RF/Radar/Ultrasound technologies Safe handling of simulation, test procedures and development processes Good English knowledge of word and writing Teamability, commitment and independent working Communication strength and safe occurrence in customer contact
