The place is to be filled in full time and can also be imaged from our locations Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg, with at least one building site day in Rottweil being provided per week.

Your tasks:

• You're going to pick up and check the scales in cooperation with the exporting companies.
• Invoices and supplements check both calculatory and calculatory.
• You are responsible for all organizational topics around the construction site office and are at least one day a week on site at the construction site in Rottweil.
• In agreement with the building directors, you conduct the formal correspondence and independently follow corresponding deadlines and feedback.

Your profile:

• You have a completed craft training or a completed study of architecture or civil engineering.
• Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar location, which you could collect for example during work study activities or internships.
• Ideally, you already have experience with cost tracking programs, such as ORCA.
• You are familiar with MS Office, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
• You are structured, reliable and enjoy working in the team.
