Development of the E/E system architecture for electrical counterweight stackers over the entire product development process Analysis, specification and management of system requirements (requirements engineering) including creation and maintenance of system specification Definition of system functions based on functional, logical and physical architectures Development of technical system concepts taking into account functionality, quality, costs and production Implementation and coordination of risk and error analyses (FMEA, FTA) and derivation and follow-up of appropriate measures Coordination of technical solutions with software development, electronics development, mechanics, testing, product management and production Analysis of complex technical problems and coordination of fault cause analysis and sustainable solution finding Assessment and approval of technical changes within the scope of change management Support for system integration and monitoring of verification and validation of developed systems Moderation of technical decisions and promotion of sustainable overall solutions across disciplines

Complete study of electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, systems engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering or in the development of complex E/E systems Experience in the development of mechatronic systems as well as in the handling of system architectures and technical interfaces Knowledge of the methods of system engineering and ideally experience with requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, Polarion or comparable) Experience in carrying out FMEA, FTA or comparable risk analyses Analytical, structured and solution-oriented methods as well as pronounced problem-solving competence High communication and moderation capability as well as persuasiveness in the interdisciplinary environment Efforts to decide, initiative and a pragmatic working style Team skills and joy in cooperation in in interdisciplinary development projects Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
