THE EXPENDITURE We are looking for a Teamleiter Payments (m/w/d). In this role, you take the technical and disciplinary responsibility for all central payment processes of ROLAND companies. You control an experienced team, ensure the quality of daily business and actively develop processes, interfaces and checks of payment transactions. Management of operational payment processes for contributions, damages, commissions, brokerage bills, investments as well as the subsidiaries Assistance, Schutzbrief and Jurpartner Responsibility for payment and booking processes in the interaction of SAP FI, SAP SD, SAP FS-CD and related inventory, damage and assistance systems Ensuring correct payment and payment outputs, direct debits, compensation and contribution payments as well as their accounting processing Control of dunning, debt collection and return processes including interfaces to external debt collection service providers Coordination of brokerage collection, brokerage collection, commission billing and broker claim management Ensuring payment related deliveries for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Responsibility for checks, voting, documentation and auditable proofs in payment transactions Cooperation with sales, damage, assistance, tax, accounting & reporting, IT, banks, debt collection service providers and other external partners Identification and realization of automation potentials, quality improvements and further developments in interface quality and SAP-based process landscape Professional participation in SAP, digitization and process projects - as a central professional voice of payment transactions Management of the system-driven Product Owners SAP

THE MATERIALS You fit us when you understand payment transactions not only as a pure execution, but as a critical financial function with high process, control and interface relevance and at the same time a pronounced affinity for professional development. In addition, you bring the following: Completed commercial training, economic studies or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in payment, receivable management, debt collection/exclusive, financial operations, accounting or in a comparable payment operation function Experience with complex mass payment processes, ideally in insurance, bank, financial services, shared service center or a regulated environment Secure understanding of the connection of payment transactions, ancillary book, main book, voting and final delivery SAP experience, ideally in SAP FI and/or SAP FS CD; Experience with S/4HANA transformations is a plus First leadership or coordination experience, for example as team management, deputy team management, professional:r or senior specialist.
