The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible Conception, creation and further development of reports in the context of securities processing – both: legal/regulatory reports (AWV, Bundesbank, etc.) as well as field-specific reports (e.g. for various fields in operations, KPI, controlling) and cross-departmental reporting on bank-wide integration and control Analysis and acceptance of technical requirements from different units of the bank Active cooperation in projects to implement reporting requirements in the context of new system and process landscapes Participation in the implementation and migration of new settlement platforms (e.g. T2S, SWIFT, Clearstream) Structure of data models and reporting structures incl. Ensuring data quality, plausibility and traceability AWV (External Economic Regulation) Statistical reports to the Deutsche Bundesbank EMIR, SFTR, MiFIR, CRR/CRD Other relevant regulatory requirements for securities and transaction reports Close coordination with internal stakeholders from disciplines, IT and regulatory Implementation of specialist tests (UAT) and support for rollouts

Long-term and well-founded experience in securities settlement / Settlement (e.g. shares, bonds, funds) Deep knowledge in the design and implementation of reporting processes – from regulatory reports to individual specialist department reports Know-how in handling back office systems and their interfaces Experience in the introduction and integration of new platforms and reporting systems in the financial environment Experience in project work, ideally in agile or hybrid project structures Experience in Business Analysis / Data Modelling Knowledge of ISO 20022 / TARGET2/T2S Migration Experience in handling internal and external auditors (audit, revision, BaFin) Ability to understand and structure complex data flows Very good knowledge in Excel and SQL
