Project Manager Safety Technology (m/w/d)

Your main tasks: Development of customized security solutions: creation of individual concepts for existing and new customers. Project management of safety technology: planning, control and monitoring of safety-related projects – from the concept phase to the removal and transfer of technology. Object visits and inventory recordings: On-site analysis to detect technical requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards. Staff disposition: organisation and deployment planning of the technical service team. Budget and cost management: Responsible for the management and control of the projects. Customer and team coordination: Close cooperation with customers, service technicians and internal executives. Creation of scales and bills: Ensuring project-related documentation and billing. Sales support: Support for sales in planning, costing and supply creation. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

Take this with you: Complete technical training and professional experience in the construction and project management Long-term professional experience in project processing and project planning Business knowledge and experience in project planning, control and monitoring Safe handling of relevant standards and regulations in the construction industry DIN 14675 Certification for planning and designing fire detection systems desirable High customer and service orientation as well as the willingness to regional service trips Routinized handling of MS Office, CAD software AutoCAD, Visio and others. Knowledge in ERP system “ES-Office” desirable
