Your future job as a production employee (m/w/d): For an internationally successful company of air, climate and drive technology, we are looking for dedicated production staff (m/w/d) in the area of pre- and final assembly at Mulfingen and Hollenbach sites in full time. Our customer is one of the leading companies in its industry and stands for innovative technologies, highest quality standards and modern production processes.

Your job as a production employee (m/w/d):

• Pre- and final assembly of assemblies, terminals and control units according to specification
• Operation and support of modern production and assembly systems
• performing various assembly activities such as motor assembly, winding work and pressing in and pressing on components
• Assembly of production machines and printed circuit boards in the production process
• Preparation and provision of components for manufacturing
• Up and down of components on the CTL system for further processing

Your profile as a production employee (m/w/d):

• A completed vocational training in the field of metal, electrical, craft or comparable qualifications
• First practical experience in assembly or production of advantage
• Technical understanding and careful and quality-conscious working
• Self-sponsored, responsible work and rapid understanding
• Team spirit, reliability and a dedicated working method
• Motivation to work into new tasks and achieve goals together
