Consulting and support of bus customers (focus on public transport) and bus service partners within the care area (Northern Germany) in service and repair issues related to the investigation and elimination of technical complaints or defects in vehicles. In case of complaints and damages, clarify the relationships and possible causes using technical documents and a description of damage. Visit the vehicles concerned and, if necessary, test. Create technical product reports for complaint bundling and error recovery. Repair solutions as well as installation and execution instructions for the elimination of customer complaints independently or in cooperation with product support, construction, experiment and supplier work out and test. Write damage reports about customer complaints and control and monitor processing of complaints. Support of the sales organisation in escalated customer complaints, the acceptance and commissioning of the vehicles, as well as participation and advice in sales talks. Check customer's claims for damages and create a reasonable solution. In disputed warranty and cunning cases, make and document cost decisions. Due to the planned care area, an office location in the large area of our service center in Hamburg is targeted.
