Number: MER0004004 The team ''Ideation & Customer Insights'' is a research team of Mercedes-Benz AG in the field of PIONEERING NeXt. Part-Team Customer Insights In the field of Customer Insights, we are dealing with questions about the settings, requirements and behaviors of drivers and customers, and are investigating vehicle innovations and systems in early stages of development with regard to customer acceptance and user experience. We draw on a wide range of content and methods of psychological research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, driving tests, experimental approaches and psychophysiological methods, which includes, for example, the methodological conception of customer studies, the creation of questionnaires or interview guides, the implementation of data surveys, the evaluation of quantitative and qualitative data and the preparation of results reports. In addition, we carry out intercultural comparisons to various research questions. These challenges come to you: Working with empirical studies, such as driving tests, experiments, online surveys, interviews and psychophysiological methods Knowing the entire processes of empirical customer research Participation in ongoing projects and ad hoc requests

The internship can start from September 2026.

Degree programme Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, Market and Communication Sciences or a comparable degree programme Affinity for technology and automobiles and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods are advantageous Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office, basic knowledge in SPSS are desirable Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking, strategic working Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
