Site Manager FM/TGM for our shopping centers in the north (m/f/d)

Support and central contact for our shopping centres and markets in the north in coordination with the company managers Planning, commissioning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance work as well as maintenance and repair measures partly in close cooperation with the internal construction department and our home technicians in the properties Coordination and support of experts and expert examinations Takeover of new buildings to the FM/TGM Persecution of warranty claims Auditing/delivery

Master / Engineer (m/w/d) from the field of building technology, electrical engineering, large-scale refrigeration, utility technology, civil engineering, building management, etc. Experience in the construction and/or construction services of shopping centres and food trade Secure handling of MS Office and CAFM software Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Class B driving licence, and readiness to travel 6 days/month
