The Corporate Social Responsibility Division, headquartered in Stuttgart, is part of the Integrity, Governance & Sustainability (IL), where more than 1,000 employees worldwide accompany the business of Mercedes-Benz Group AG in the fields of law, integrity, sustainability, compliance and data protection. Our department makes a significant contribution to this with the tasks “CSR Global Governance & Impact” and “Employee Activation”. For the support and implementation of projects in these topics, we are looking for a dedicated reinforcement in the framework of a full-time internship at the Stuttgart-Untertürkheim site in the team “CSR Global Governance & Impact”. Our team is following four priorities: Ensuring the strategic implementation of Mercedes-Benz' global donation activities according to our global CSR strategy and our guidelines Development and implementation of a global CSR strategy including impact measurement and KPI monitoring Implementation of international donation projects and ensuring their social impact Communication with internal and external stakeholders In detail, the following tasks await you: Participation in the further development and organisation of the beVisioneer Fellowship Program Support in designing formats for networking the global beVisioneers community Promoting knowledge sharing, inspiration and innovation within the international network Support in the care and development of guidelines and guidance documents in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility Supporting the global donation processes of Mercedes-Benz and supporting colleagues worldwide in implementing their donation projects Working with the management and quality assurance of the global donation database Conduct and documentation of samples to ensure data quality and process maintenance Additional tasks include: Support in the preparation and evaluation of KPI reports and in the measurement of project results Support for various communication topics in the Intranet, for example when creating articles about our non-profit projects and the weekly update of Spotlight Stories in the IMPACTS Space Research on NGOs for potential international donation projects and support in the design and reporting of various CSR projects Translation of German and English texts, e.g. of training documents for the implementation of CSR activities The activity can begin from April 2027.

Studies in the field of Business Administration, Law, Communications, Social Sciences or Cultural Studies or a comparable degree course High affinity for CSR and/or sustainability topics Analytical thinking capacity as well as rapid understanding, especially in information research and the preparation of results Ability to create and edit texts Self-employed and self-responsibility and the willingness to respond proactively to colleagues Solution-oriented and creative work Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed team skills and helpfulness
