For our DRK-Kita Cumulus we are looking for a deputy Kita line at the next possible time. The place is to be occupied in parttime (15 to 20 hours/week).

Up to 70 children of the age of four months are served in four groups at the Cumulus Children's Day Centre. According to the education-oriented reggio pedagogy, the institution works in a partially open concept and as far as possible across groups. For this purpose, additional spaces with different educational focuses, such as the music room, the studio or the movement room, are available as required. Furthermore, we train and sensitize our employees to work according to our child protection concept for the prevention of violence.

Support and representation of Kitaleitung in the field of education and organization Participation in personnel management, service planning and team development Takeover of administrative tasks Ensuring the implementation of pedagogical concepts as well as protection, hygiene and quality standards Cooperation with parents, institutions and cooperation partners as well as public relations
