In this responsible position, you process in-depth inquiries about our products and services, check refund requests, make changes to the contract and deal with individual special requests. Professional processing of all incoming requests (by phone, chat and e-mail) of existing or potential customers regarding our products and services (inbound) in compliance with SLAs (service level agreements) Processing of requests for reimbursement (Claims) Changes to insurance contracts Processing of special requests Participation in department-internal training to expand the knowledge of medical terminology, our products and operations

Professional experience in the service area, in the tourism or a call or service center are advantageous Fast understanding and secure judgment A strong customer and service orientation is the focus of your daily action High operational readiness Communication strength and correspondence security Responsible and reliable operation A performance-oriented and goal-oriented way of working prepares you joy Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Very good language skills in German and English (in word and writing) Willingness to work in shifts and weekends (the early shift goes from 06:45-15:15, the late shift from 14:45-23:15)
