The Stuttgart networks ensure that electricity and gas arrive reliably at people around the clock in Stuttgart. As a distribution system operator, we are responsible for the operation, maintenance and modernization of the 5,600 kilometres long power grid and the 2,100 kilometres long gas network of the state capital. In addition to security of supply, we are investing in the further development of the networks to meet the increasing demands of the energy transition and to create a sustainable energy infrastructure in Stuttgart. In addition, we serve 74,000 street lights for the city of Stuttgart. As a subsidiary of the Stadtwerke Stuttgart, we support the state capital Stuttgart on the way to climate neutrality by 2035 with around 600 employees. Our employees in the Documentation team are responsible for managing the surveying and documentation process in the state capital. They take care of tasks such as project planning and property data management, quality assurance and management information of the Stuttgart power grid.

Technical basis: You have completed training as a geomatician (w/m/d), technical designer (w/m/d), survey engineer (w/m/d), cartograph (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification by professional experience GIS know-how: you have experience with Smallworld GIS or very good knowledge in other geoinformation systems IT competence: You work safely with Office 365, ideally you also know yourself with the MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI) and SAP Industry knowledge: They bring knowledge of distribution network infrastructures in the fields of electricity or gas Personality counts: You work independently, step up safely and appreciate team collaboration Language level: You master the German language very well (at least level B2)
