Process and Data Quality Manager Controlling (m/f/d)

For this newly created position in controlling, we are looking for a personality that not only analyzes the quality of the data, but also shapes it sustainably and across the boundaries of the department, with direct reference to the management and tangible scope of design.

For the Controlling department at the Bad Oldesloe site, we are looking for a full-time full time at the next possible date

You analyze master data, movement data, and interfaces across departments and thus determine the actual state of the data quality. Together with the specialist departments and IT, you clean and validate data in SAP. You build a KPI-based reporting on data quality and regularly introduce the results to the management. For data areas such as material, debitor, equipment, personnel or finance, you define clear standards, from rules to responsibilities to measurement points. Vulnerabilities in existing processes are created and developed suitable solutions together with specialist areas, IT and controlling. You build clear data governance structures and ensure uniform, binding data standards, including in our subsidiaries.

Completed studies with an industrial or business-informatic focus or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in end-to-end process management as well as in the fields of data quality or controlling, you bring from a larger medium-sized company, ideally from the industrial environment. With common methods and tools of process management (e.g. BPMN, Lean, or the like), you know yourself, SAP knowledge is advantageous. German and English knowledge (level C 1) in word and writing If different areas of expertise initially differ, you remain persistent in implementing common standards, but find the diplomatic sound that everyone takes. You like to immerse yourself in complex data structures, but never lose the business perspective on the whole and don't let you get so quickly from a tough topic.
