You take responsibility for service management and stable operation of our scientific computing environments With Splunk you monitor system health and performance and control KPIs like availability and reaction times; Incidents and problems you analyze and prepare management reports Part of your tasks is to ensure data quality in CMDB (ServiceNow) and to maintain Configuration Items (CIs) in asset management As Subject Matter Expert, you control all topics related to Desktop as a Service (DaaS) and accompany the migration from DaaSv1 to DaaSv3, including technical coordination with VMware/Omnissa teams You coordinate internal departments and external suppliers, prioritize tickets and secure transparent communication along the entire value chain Changes and releases you plan and control according to established ITIL processes and ensure audit-proof documentation in Confluence With your know-how, you drive automation and standardization forward – e.g. by dashboards, scripts and self-service workflows for recurring operational tasks Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home
