Analysis and configuration of new software products as well as the creation of technical specifications for packaging and test automation Coordination of all the technical areas involved and ensuring the quality of the transition to operation, taking into account BSI requirements Advising the Service Managers to further develop the software strategy and ensure the interoperability of the products used Development and preparation of test concepts including support in automation with ALM and responsibility for design and build phases Support of 2nd level support and control of manufacturer communication and further development of standard software services for Windows clients
