Occupational Safety Specialist HSE Data Center (m/f/d)

Participation in promoting a culture of security and responsibility to create an accident-free working environment Implementation and monitoring of HSE requirements according to internal, legal and project-specific requirements Creation and maintenance of risk assessments and safety-relevant documentation – taking into account customer-specific requirements Implementation of missions, audits and safety talks, and derivation and follow-up of necessary measures to improve safety standards Cause analysis and development of work accidents and review and adaptation of existing workflows Support in fulfilling the statutory obligations pursuant to § 6 ASiG, including cooperation with authorities, participation in ASA meetings and the further development of existing HSE structures and processes Contact person*in for project management and operational units in matters of occupational safety, health and environmental protection

Complete training on occupational safety or a comparable technical qualification Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety or safety engineer according to § 7 ASiG At least 5 years of professional experience in the construction industry, ideally with operational background Experience in projects of international clients from energy, mineral oil and information technology Competent and safer occurrence when dealing with colleagues, contractors, authorities and other contractors in a partnership-based manner Used in dealing with current IT applications (e.g. MS Office, Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, SAP) Very good knowledge in German and English, both in word and in writing Willingness to occasionally travel within Germany (especially Berlin and Frankfurt)
