Application and Incident Manager iConnect (m/w/d)*

To strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for an application and incident manager iConnect (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg or Rendsburg.

In your role, you take responsibility for the technical support of our network customer portal iConnect and become the central contact person for our users. This means: You’re puggling and processing incident tickets in our support tools and are regularly exchanged with the specialist departments via email and MS teams. You work independently and solution-oriented with users to identify, analyze and troubleshoot challenges in the application as well as in processes. Together with the release management, you will deal with the bug fixation of system updates and will proactively introduce you to innovations in the application. You carry out administrative adjustments and extensions independently. Documentation is you? Great! Not only do you care about the technical documentation of the application, but you also support data processing as well as the creation of system and process overviews. You keep an overview of technical relationships and interfaces to resystems such as SAP, GIS and Workforce Management - and are in close contact with the respective local product owners. User Stories? Jira and Confluence? For you no foreign word - you bring know-how in handling Atlassian tools. You are actively networking with colleagues at HanseWerk and within the E.ON Group - Communication at eye level is of course for you.

You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration (with a focus on energy) or a comparable training (e.g. specialist:in) - and ideally brings several years of professional experience. You already have points of contact with the energy industry, ideally with network connection processes - or bring relevant experiences from similar industries. You know about customer portals, preferably Axon IVY, and you know how to use them and configure them. Project work is not a new country for you - whether classic or agile. You document technical specifications and project results professionally and comprehensible. You communicate fluently in German and English - both in writing and oral - and you want to actively advance digitalization at HanseWerk. You work independently, think with you, actively promote themes, and you are happy to network across business boundaries.
