Projektmanager (m/w/d) in the district Gießen/ Vogelsberg/ Wetterau They play a key role in the development of our future-oriented agencies and actively support our trusted people. You are responsible for the coaching, training and training of trustees as well as their employees:in order to promote their individual development and success. In addition, you act as a competent contact person in all personnel questions and offer professional advice and support. You will keep an eye on the development of stocks and yields in the region and take strategic measures to increase the success of the agency. In addition, together with the trustees, clear targets set to continuously improve performance. In addition, you are actively involved in attracting new trustees and are committed to establishing their agency to promote agency growth.

They have completed vocational training as a merchant for insurance and finance and are also an insurance specialist or have a comparable qualification. With this solid foundation you are perfectly equipped for the diverse requirements of our position. They bring at least three years of professional experience, ideally in sales in the field service. This experience allows you to quickly get into our structures and work effectively from the outset.
