Electronics Technician *Testing & Development

Development, construction and commissioning of test equipment for electronic assemblies and systems Circuit design and creation of PCB layouts for test and test setups Development and optimization of function tests for series production Conducting tests, troubleshooting and analysis on electronic assemblies Maintenance, repair and continuous development of existing test equipment Support and technical support of external manufacturing partners (EMS service providers) Training of manufacturing partners in handling test equipment and test methods Close cooperation with the fields of electronics development, software development, construction, purchasing and production Participation in the introduction of new products and in ensuring high production quality

Successfully completed training as an electronics technician for equipment and systems, electronics technicians for information and system technology, state-tested technicians for electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in the field of testing and testing of electronic assemblies knowledge of circuit design and ideally in PCB layout, preferably with Altium Designer Safe handling of electronic measuring instruments such as oscilloscope or comparable test systems Experience in the development, support or optimization of test equipment and test systems Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as driving licence class B Self-employed, structured and careful working High quality awareness and strong reliability Communication strength and joy in cooperation with internal and external partners Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for practical technical challenges Nice to haves - It would be great if you brought the following: knowledge of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand, Basic knowledge of programming in the languages Python or C/C++ CAD modelling / 3D printing Well, if you've heard the following terms: InCircuitTest, Flying Probe, Boundary Scan, Burn-In USB, TCP/IP, CANopen, UART, SPI, I2C JTAG, SWD, ISP / IAP SVN, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
