You analyze market trends, guide strategic action options and develop innovative concepts for the further development of our company. Responsibility for the development and implementation of the global corporate strategy as well as control of central transformation and strategy projects Heading and moderating OKR processes to ensure strategic orientation and successful strategy implementation across the company Implementation of market, competition and trend analyses to identify new growth opportunities and minimise entrepreneurial risks Advice and austerity of top management in strategic decisions and development of practical recommendations Management and responsibility for the successful implementation of corporate initiatives in close cooperation with business areas, sales and international stakeholders Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams and efficient stakeholder management at global level Development and introduction of modern methods in corporate development, business development and change management to increase the company's strategic performance

Complete study of economics, economic engineering or a comparable degree course – ideally complemented by further qualifications (e.g. MBA) Multiannual professional experience in business development, strategy consulting, corporate development or in a comparable strategic environment Detectable successes in the design, control and implementation of strategic initiatives and well-founded experience with the OKR methodology and other modern management frameworks Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking, coupled with a strategic vision and the ability to communicate complex situations at C-level level clearly and understandably High leadership competence, decision strength and implementation orientation, combined with a hands-on mentality in transformation projects
