Development of a concept for internal communication of LEAN principles and methods

Creation of visual communication materials (e.g. infographics, posters, presentations) with Adobe Illustrator or comparable software

Design of illustrations that easily and understand complex LEAN topics

Cooperation with internal stakeholders to match the communication strategy to the needs of the company

Presentation of the results and the communication concept before relevant decision-makers

Studies in the field of graphic design, communication design, media design or a comparable degree course

Experience in dealing with Adobe Illustrator or similar software for creating graphics and illustrations

Creativity and a good feel for visual design and design

Interest in LEAN Management and Corporate Communication

Ability to visually and understand complex content

Self-employed and structured work
