• Processing of customer complaints

• Examination and evaluation of claims

• Control of internal processes (Q1 messages)

• Direct exchange with customers, internal departments, suppliers and external experts

• Verification of warranty and liability risks

• Damage analysis and determination of immediate and long-term measures

• Coordination of enquiries and operations of technicians

Your qualifications:

• Graduate/Master in mechanical engineering, technician/master with professional experience or comparable
• Experience in the railway industry and gear construction desirable
• Handling internal and external customers
• knowledge of contractual and legal subjects of advantage
• Secure communication in German and English
• readiness for occasional service trips worldwide (up to 20%)
