The product and process services sector is responsible for the technical design and the new and further development of central components and applications within the OSPlus. In addition, it ensures continuous care and sustainable development of the supervised solutions. The technical focuses include the product building kit, the contract management, the control and process management as well as the service processes. The latter include in particular the integration and provision of functions such as the Schufa interface and the insolvency data provision. In addition, the area of responsibility includes the technical procedures and infrastructure for the administrative sealing of banking applications under the DSGV standardisation initiative of Sparkasse Effizient. The area thus makes a significant contribution to digitalization and supports the savings banks in the efficient and customer-oriented execution of their banking tasks.
