Continuous review of ongoing production to ensure the highest quality standards Preventive adaptation and format change to plants for different products and packaging Careful maintenance and technical maintenance of the equipment in strict compliance with the safety rules Precise and complete logging of all production processes and the associated control measures Control and control of fully automated production systems and filling systems Certain implementation of all hygiene regulations and quality standards according to the applicable GMP standards Constructive support in the further development and technical refinement of the processes in production Separate elimination of minor defects to maintain a smooth flow of production

Complete vocational training in the technical field, for example as a machine and plant leader or in a related craft Practical experience as an operator in the control and armor of industrial plants, ideally from a regulated environment such as chemistry or pharmaceutical Safe handling of quality standards and hygiene regulations according to GMP requirements Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork to support production times Certainty and structure in the collection and logging of technical data Extensive understanding of technical relationships and a high level of security responsibility Reliable team player with a cooperative and solution-oriented work setting Secure control of the German language for internal communication and documentation requirements
